237 CMR 15.00 provides the standards for licensure without examination (by reciprocity). The Board may license without examination any person who has been licensed as a Master or Journeyman electrician or System contractor or technician in another state under laws which, in the opinion of the Board, maintain standards substantially the same as those of the commonwealth for electricians; provided, however, that the state which has already granted licensure has entered a written agreement with the commonwealth giving a like privilege to holders of electricians' licenses issued by the commonwealth.
