269 CMR 3.00 Provides rules to govern initial licensure, renewal, reinstatement, and reciprocal licensure for massage therapists in Massachusetts, so that public health, safety, and welfare will be protected. Sets forth licensure requirements, including but not limited to requirements relating to age, education, character, insurance, examination, and fees. Also includes rules relating to licensees’ communication with the Board.
