These regulations establish procedures for MassDEP to assess and enforce administrative penalties for non-compliance with environmental laws and regulations.

Current Regulations

These regulations, 310 CMR 5.00, became effective as of March 3, 2008.

Proposed Amendments & Public Comment

The proposed amendments to 310 C.M.R. 5.00 implement amendments to M.G.L. c. 21A, Section 16 allowing use of electronic notice and service by electronic means for notices of noncompliance and administrative penalties.
