Regulation  456 CMR 24.00: Administration of the transportation network driver labor relations law, M.G.L. c. 150F

456 CMR 24.00 is designed to help the Department of Labor Relations meet its legislated requirements relative to ballot Question 3 and newly enacted M.G.L. c. 150F. Specifically, M.G.L c. 150F permits ride share drivers in MA to unionize and puts DLR in charge of the process. 456 CMR 24.00 is procedural in nature and allows DLR to establish a clear process with adequate data security measures to meet its statutory obligations under the new law.
