700 CMR 5.00 facilitates the transfer of certain roadways and bridges from the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) as provided in St. 2009, c. 25, §§ 176 and 177, and maintains in full force and effect the regulations governing use and operations of these roadways and bridges previously in effect, including DCR's authority under 700 CMR 5.000.
