Details:

Prior to August 1, 2012, oversight of occupational schools resided with the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). Under M.G.L. Chapter 30A and 603 CMR 3.17, DESE had the authority to suspend or revoke the license of registration of an occupational school for cause. The table below displays a listing of license revocations taken by DESE:
