Uniform Financial Report (UFR) filing

The UFR, while not the sole resource for information, plays a key role in the Division's rate determination process. Particular emphasis is placed on the UFR Program Supplemental Information Schedule B (Schedule B), which represents costs directly associated with individual program operations.
