Rule 113

No attorney shall be surety upon any bond which may be required in any civil suit or proceeding in this court, nor shall any special attorney be surety in any case in which he is or has been employed, except as endorser for costs, nor shall any attorney for the plaintiff in a trustee process appear or act for the party summoned therein as trustee.
