Thank you for your interest in supplying Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
At this time, Commonwealth is purchasing all PPE through established Statewide Contracts (SWC) which have been competitively bid and awarded by the Commonwealth’s Operational Services Division (OSD). We will keep your information on file and will contact you should this situation change.
In the meantime, go to mass.gov/sell-to-the-state to learn more about selling your products and/or services to state agencies and local governments. We recommend that you review this flyer, which outlines the actions to take if you are considering working with the Commonwealth. These actions include:
- Establishing an account on COMMBUYS, the Commonwealth’s online procurement platform, where all bidding and purchasing activities occur.
- Reviewing the Procurement Schedule, which identifies the statewide contracts coming up for bid, renewal, etc.
- Attending a workshop on Connecting Your Business to the Commonwealth (or any of the other vendor training workshops), which is listed on the Vendor Training Schedule.
The Commonwealth is committed to conducting business with diverse enterprises and we also ensure that our contractors include diverse businesses in their supply chain.
