What you need

If you are interested in applying for funding to operate transportation or promote mobility management to expand mobility for older adults, people with disabilities, and low-income people, this page is for you! The FY26 application will open September 5, with applications due November 7.

How to apply

  1. Register for a virtual pre-application training. Training is mandatory for new applicants and recommended for all
  2. Read the instructions document
  3. Download the budget template and fill out a copy for each project you wish to apply for (if you are applying for 2 projects, you should have 2 separate Excel spreadsheets)
  4. Prepare your answers to the questions (see the appendix of the instructions)
  5. Prepare your attachments. Compile any letters of support into one combined PDF for each project. Compile any additional attachments into one combined PDF for each project
  6. When you have everything ready, use the online form to submit your application. If you are applying for multiple projects, you will submit them one at a time.
  7. Applications are due November 7, and we always recommend submitting early
