What can be amended?

• You can amend your drug schedules and contact information only, meaning phone number, email address and/or mailing address. The physical location, room number, (where drugs or IND’s are being stored) or name of the researcher cannot be amended. You must apply for a new registration and terminate the old registration.

I want to add a room number or change a room number on my current MCSR

• The physical location, room number, (where drugs or IND’s are being stored) cannot be amended. You must apply for a new registration and terminate the old registration.

I need to add a drug to my registration.

• To update drug schedules of your MCSR, or add drugs to your IND, start by creating an account in the new online licensing system, if you have not done this already. Once you log in you click on Manage My Licenses Applications option, then link your MCSR if you have not done so yet. Once your MCSR is linked, click on show details, the application is there for you to amend your drug schedules and or add drugs to your IND.

I need to add another student, authorized person, or sub-Investigator to my registration.

• You do not need to amend your MCSR. Please keep a list of all authorized personnel.

You can now print your own registration by creating an account in the new online licensing system, if you have not done this already. Once you log in you, select link an existing license, then link your MCSR.

Once your MCSR is linked you will see your list of licenses. Select view details on the MCSR, select license documents, then click download to save or print your wallet card.
