The Board of Registration in Allied Mental Health (“AMH Board”), within the Department of Public Health will hold a public hearing and comment period on the proposed amendments that implement legislative initiatives to better represent the population of licensees on this board, clarify regulatory requirements, and reduce the barriers to mental health treatment and access. This Hearing will be held jointly with the hearing on the Executive Office of Administrative and Finance regulation 801 CMR 4.00 rates.
The Board proposes amendments to establish requirements for a new license category, clarify eligibility requirements and update a reference to a ethical code, and apply ethics rules.
