LBER Calendar Year 2024 Results Map and Database
2025 was the first year DOER identified and collected energy data from buildings throughout the Commonwealth. The data below is a snapshot of the LBER results received for the 2024 Calendar Year by the October 31 reporting deadline, which is not complete building data. DOER will continue to refine results in its live LBER database to improve the list of covered buildings, fill in 2024 usage data, and collect more accurate data in future reporting years. If you would like to correct 2024 data or update a building’s data prior to the 2026 reporting year, you can report building data and ask questions at DOER.BER@mass.gov.
