Upcoming forest management projects

Please review the project summaries and use this form to provide feedback on upcoming forest management projects. Written comments are also accepted by mail to: MassWildlife Re: Forest Projects Comment, 1 Rabbit Hill Road, Westborough, MA 01581. Feedback will be accepted from June 3–July 6, 2025. MassWildlife will post responses to comments by July 31, 2025.  

Ongoing forest management projects

The projects listed below have gone through a public feedback process and are in varying phases of implementation. Forest cutting plans will be posted here upon final approval. Projects will then be completed as conditions, funding, and other factors allow.

Completed forest management projects

The projects  listed below have been completed in accordance with their approved forest cutting plan. These sites may continue to have ongoing habitat management and restoration work that will complement and support these completed forest management projects.
