RMV System (ATLAS) Training Materials

ATLAS provides business partners with modern and more convenient ways to access and share data with the RMV, allowing for efficient, quick, and reliable ways to conduct business. We have created comprehensive training (links below) for your business or program type, on one of two ways to access and exchange information with the RMV.

eServices Portal

The eServices Portal provides RMV access to individual users logging into a portal that is designed specifically for their business needs. RMV Business Partners with an eServices Portal must have a designated Security Administrator who will manage and maintain access for approved users. 

eServices Security Administrators: Use the eServices Administrators Help Document or General Administration Course - YouTube Video for managing and maintaining access for approved users. 

In addition to clicking on the program below, the video Welcome to the eServices Portal - YouTube Video will help with understanding on how to work with the RMV’s eServices Portal to access information. 

Upon first time login and yearly thereafter, you will be automatically prompted to certify agreement of the Terms and Conditions of the eServices Portal.

Business Portal

Businesses with approved data access can directly log into the RMV’s ATLAS Business Portal and view data in real time. Each end user must watch the ATLAS Business Portal Training /Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) and Navigation video below to understand the DPPA law and learn how to navigate ATLAS.
