SMART 3.0 Program Year Reports and Annual Assessments

This page contains details on the SMART 3.0 Annual Reports and Assessments that set the rates and capacities for each Program Year.

Per program regulations, DOER will publish an Annual Report with details on available capacity, set asides, and incentive rates for the applicable Program Year. In a given Program Year, DOER will accept applications from January 1 through December 31 of that year.
