Update Statement for Public Bidding

Update statements provide the awarding authority with up-to-date information since the contractor's application submission date.

Any changes to information about the contractor’s in progress/completed building projects and performance and compliance information must be disclosed using this form.

Update Statements for Public Bidding

An update statement must be submitted with all bids pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 149. There are update statements for prime contractors (including small  prime contractors) and filed sub-bidders.

Please be careful to read all instructions on these forms if you are a bidding on a project being bid pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 149 and/or 149A.
