OLRH provides leadership in collaboration with internal and external public health partners to build the capacity of Massachusetts local public health to meet their legal responsibilities and to deliver the ten essential public health services. The OLRH partners with the Massachusetts Coalition for Local Public Health and other external entities to ensure that its resources are directed to strategic priorities.
