Who we serve

The HST Office manages the transportation provided to eligible consumers of the following agencies:

MassHealth
Department of Developmental Services
DPH Early Intervention
Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission
Massachusetts Commission for the Blind
Department of Mental Health

Participating agencies maintain full control over trip eligibility. Two Regional Transit Authorities serve as brokers.
