258 CMR 31.00 requires all social workers licensed by the Board to obtain continuing education as a condition for renewal of their licenses in order to promote and enhance the professional competence of all licensed social workers, and establishes criteria for approval of continuing education programs to be used in fulfilling such continuing education requirements.
