940 CMR 32.00 interprets, enforces, and effectuates the purposes of the Domestic Workers Bill of Rights Act, St. 2014, c. 148, as codified at M.G.L. c. 149, § 190, and applies to any individual who performs work of a domestic nature in a household, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, § 190(a).
