Overview
The Massachusetts FACE project conducts in-depth research-oriented investigations of fatal occupational injuries to learn more about factors that contribute to these incidents. These investigation reports that include recommendations on how to prevent future incidents from occurring are prepared and disseminated to those who can implement change.
