UI Online computer requirements

UI Online is designed to be accessed from a desktop computer or a laptop. If you log in to UI Online from a smartphone, tablet, or other mobile device, you may not be able to access certain features or view time-sensitive correspondence.

Recommended web browsers

UI Online is supported by the following desktop browsers:

Desktop Browser Windows® 7 and higher Mac® OS X 10.x
Microsoft® Internet Explorer 9.x or higher, Microsoft Edge Not Supported
Mozilla Firefox Versions 35 or higher Versions 35 or higher
Apple® Safari Not Supported  
Google® Chrome Versions 35 or higher Versions 35 or higher

If you are not using one of these browsers (or versions), please download or upgrade to a new browser or supported version by clicking a corresponding link from the table above. If you elect not to upgrade your desktop browser, your experience may not be optimal, or you may not be able to use certain tools on UI Online.

Important browser settings

In addition to using one of the recommended browsers, we advise that you:

  • Enable JavaScript
  • Turn off Compatibility View mode (if you are using Internet Explorer)
  • Disable all pop-up blockers
  • Download Adobe Acrobat in order to view documents in UI Online
