Year-End Letters

Annually letters are issued to the following local officials:

• accountants and auditors
• clerks
• treasurers
• collectors
• regional school business officials

These letters contain instructions for completing information on certain year-end documents, both in the DLS Gateway Application and some that are not yet available in Gateway.

Supporting Forms and Documentation

Supporting forms or additional documentations that must be submitted to the Division of Local Services' Bureau of Accounts, including:

• Statement of Indebtedness Report
• Debt Exclusion Form
• Cash Reconciliation Form
• Treasurer's Year-end Cash Report
• Combined Balance Sheet Template - City/Town
• Combined Balance Sheet Template - Regional School District
• Combined Balance Sheet Template - Utility District
