SNAP Outreach

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) helps individuals and families buy healthy and culturally relevant food. Find resources to help expand access to SNAP.

The Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) through our outreach team, local offices and community liaisons, as well as contracted SNAP outreach partners, works to help residents apply for and maintain their SNAP benefits.

Do you receive SNAP benefits? Find a list of local organizations below who can help you apply for and keep your benefits.

Are a local community organization looking to conduct SNAP outreach? Learn more about our SNAP outreach program below, as well as other materials to help spread the word.
