Department of Transitional Assistance seniors

Are you age 60 or older? There are resources that can help you.

Many of our clients are seniors. We recognize that seniors are a historically under-served population. You may face many barriers that impact your quality of life. The Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) has created a SNAP application that is specific to your needs. This is called the SNAP Application for Seniors. To apply for SNAP benefits, use that application.

In addition to meeting your basic need for food and/or cash assistance, we want to help improve your quality of life. These resources may be able to help.
