Apply for the Training Grant

Through this program, governmental entities hosting primary public safety answering points (PSAPs) or regional emergency communication centers (RECCs) are eligible to receive reimbursement for training-related costs associated with the 9-1-1 system.

What you need

To be eligible for the Training Grant, you'll need to be one of the following:

  • A primary public safety answering point
  • A regional public safety answering point
  • A regional secondary public safety answering point
  • A regional emergency communications center

How to apply

To apply, please complete the application package. This includes:

  • A Training Grant Application
  • A Training Grant Budget Narrative
  • A Training Grant Personnel Cost Worksheet(s)
  • A Contractor Authorized Signatory Listing Form
  • A notarized proof of Authentication of Signature Form for each signatory
  • A Standard Contract Form

Once completed, you can mail the application package to:
