Information for MassHealth Providers

MassHealth’s Information for MassHealth Providers page is dedicated to the provider community; it enables users to directly access the resources they need, whether they are applicants or currently enrolled providers. Both groups of providers can get notices, information, and self-service options by choosing either “New Provider (Not Enrolled)” or “Existing Provider (Enrolled).” 

Provider Publications

Our Provider Publications web page offers access to important provider documents such as regulations, bulletins, manuals, forms, appendices, and transmittal letters, as well as other information that MassHealth-participating providers may need.

Provider Forms
