For everyone

For parents and families

For treatment providers

The Emotional PPE Project. The Emotional PPE Project is a directory that provides contact information of volunteer mental health practitioners to healthcare workers whose mental health has been impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. All services and supports are free of charge.

Two types of services are offered by these mental health professionals:

  1. Scheduled individual therapy sessions
  2. Support groups held via group video (under development)

Group Peer Support (GPS)

The GPS Group Peer Support approach is a trauma-responsive support group model based on evidence-informed modalities that has been replicated in diverse communities nationally. Free GPS Support Groups are available now. You deserve to be connected to people who want to listen. You are not alone. Whatever your experience during the Covid-19 pandemic, we know it is hard. Harder than ever. Reach out now. Support groups break isolation, provide much needed opportunities to connect and allow us to say the things that are heaviest on our heart. We have never needed each other more.
