MassHire Rapid Response is an early intervention service provided to businesses and employees experiencing layoff or closure. This no-cost service provided by the MassHire Department of Career Services is highly adaptable and designed to meet your individualized needs.  

MassHire BizWorks supports businesses at every stage, connecting them to essential services, aiming to foster growth and success. Familiarize yourself with state and federal programs by downloading and reading the MassHire BizWorks Guide Book. 

The On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program offers employers the opportunity to recruit new employees and provide them with training at their own workplace. Through this initiative, employers are reimbursed a portion of the new employee's wages during the training period. This program is supported by the federal Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and is facilitated through the MassHire Career Centers' network.
