Practice IV

Upon a hearing for contempt, the judge may, when notice has been given of the intention to assess any arrearage to the date of the hearing, order the defendant to make payment of all arrearages outstanding on the date of the hearing, and upon failure to make such payment make such order as is authorized by G.L. Chapter 215, Section 34.
