Practice IX
The register of probate, unless otherwise ordered by a probate judge, pursuant to Rule 18, or Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P. 202, shall assess the full costs of a stenographer against the party marking such case for trial where the trial is cancelled, unless twenty-four hours' notice, in writing, is given to the register to cancel the request for the stenographer.
