(a) Estates of decedents dying prior to January 1, 1990
An account of a personal representative may be presented for allowance after the expiration of nine months from the date upon which the personal representative's bond was approved.
(b) Estates of decedents dying on or after January 1, 1990
An account of a personal representative may be presented for allowance upon the expiration of one year from the date of death of the decedent.
(c)
Any account which shows a zero balance in Schedule C may be labeled "final."
