Practice XXVII
Whenever an original summons for contempt shall be caused to be issued, the day set for court appearance shall be no less than fifteen days from the date that the court causes the summons to be issued unless a different period is fixed by order of the court. The summons shall indicate that service must be made upon the defendant at least seven days prior to the return date unless the court otherwise orders. If service is not made within seven days said summons shall be returned to the court.
