109 CMR 8.00 establishes the rules and regulations for the granting and revocation of conditional liberty for youth committed to the Department of Youth Services. The granting of conditional liberty shall be used to enhance the healthy development of the committed youth and enable the youth to return to and succeed as a valued and contributing member of the community.
