310 CMR 3.00 assures that public access to and, to the extent authorized or required by law, the confidentiality of records and files obtained or made by the Department are in conformity with M.G.L. c. 21, § 27(7); M.G.L. c. 21C, § 12; M.G.L. c. 21E, § 12; M.G.L. c. 66, § 10; M.G.L. c. 111, §§ 142B and 142D, M.G.L. c. 21I; and all other applicable statutes and regulations.
