Regulation  310 CMR 73.00: Amalgam wastewater and recycling regulations for dental facilities

310 CMR 73.00 protects public health, safety, welfare and the environment by establishing wastewater treatment, operational standards, and amalgam recycling requirements to reduce the amount of mercury discharged from dental facilities, and requires a performance-based compliance certification from the owners of dental practices in compliance with 310 CMR 70.00: Environmental Results Program Certification.
