330 CMR 28.00 has been prepared for the purpose of insuring the quality and safety of milk and milk products consumed in Massachusetts. 330 CMR 28.00 establishes administrative and enforcement procedures for the inspection of milk plants and out-of-state pasteurization plants; and the permitting of receiving stations, transfer stations and out-of-state pasteurization plants.
