Court Service Centers can only help you with certain case types. Use this page to figure out which case type fits your situation and what you will need to be prepared to get assistance. If you are not sure which case type to select, you may contact a Court Service Center for help.

Case types Court Service Centers may be able to assist with:

Family matters (divorce, custody, child support, parenting time)
Guardianships of minors or adults
Petitions for name changes or corrections of vital records
Voluntary administrations
Landlord/tenant matters
Abuse prevention/restraining orders/harassment orders
Civil Commitments: Alcohol or substance misuse §35 and/or mental illness §12
Small claims
