Archived Chronological Index of Judicial Ethics Opinions (through December 31, 2015).

This archived index includes all of the advisory opinions issued through December 31, 2015 by the Committee on Judicial Ethics. Opinion 2003-11 and all subsequent opinions deal with provisions of the Code of Judicial Conduct effective October 1, 2003 - December 31, 2015. Adoption of the new Code of Judicial Conduct may render certain opinions decided under the Code as it existed prior to January 1, 2016 no longer valid or appropriate.
