Tax Incentives
Registered Apprenticeship (RATC)
Employers who register their apprenticeship program with the Division of Apprentice Standards may be eligible for tax credits of up to $4,800 or 50% of the apprentice's wages for each apprentice they train and hire.
Work Opportunity Tax Credit
This federally funded tax credit is available to employers that hire individuals from certain target groups who have consistently faced significant barriers to employment.
Emergency Shelter Assistance Tax Credit
Employers who hire and train individuals from emergency shelters may be eligible for a tax credit upon retaining them.
