What you need   for Apply for a credential

You can submit an online application for the following credential types via Health Professions License Verification Site. Please review the application checklist under Download before you proceed.

  • Registered Sanitarians 
  • Certified Health Officers 

Go to the Health Professions Licensing Portal  and create an account, or log into your existing account. If this is your first time using this new portal, please visit Health Professions Licensing System User Guide.
