The assessment was conducted with 305 municipalities engaged in the 50 Shared Service Arrangements funded by a Public Health Excellence (PHE) grant.
DPH conducted a Capacity Assessment of local public health in the Fall of 2022 to establish a baseline for achieving the Performance Standards.
