One Care

One Care Logo

One Care is an integrated  care option for dual-eligible individuals (those who have Medicare and MassHealth) ages 21-64 (at the time of enrollment) who are living with disabilities. One Care covers all of a member’s Medicare, MassHealth, and prescription drug benefits, including Medicare Part D, under the same plan. Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

PACE is an integrated care option for individuals living in the community (not in a facility) ages 55 and older who are at a nursing home level of care and live in an area served by a PACE organization. PACE covers all of the services covered by Medicare and MassHealth and any other service deemed necessary. The goal of PACE is to allow participants to live safely in their homes instead of in nursing homes. You can find more information on the PACE home page.

Senior Care Options (SCO)

SCO is an integrated care program for individuals age 65 and older. SCO covers all of the services covered by Medicare and MassHealth and the Frail Elder Waiver. The program provides services to members through a senior care organization and its network of providers. It combines health services with social support services by coordinating care and specialized geriatric support services, along with respite care for families and caregivers.
