The Division advocates on behalf of DOER in regulatory proceedings to advance a clean, reliable, affordable, and equitable energy supply for all in the Commonwealth. In addition, the Division provides market analysis for the public related to gas and electric supply, winter heating costs, and delivered fuel prices for propane and heating oil.
