If you are unable to resolve your tax issue using the resources above, call (617) 887-6367 to request an in-person or virtual appointment.

Upon request, the virtual option may resolve some tax issues and eliminate the need to travel.

If you forget your password, click Forgot username or password? in the Login section of the MassTaxConnect homepage. Follow the prompts. An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address on file. Upon clicking the link in the e-mail you will be prompted to create and confirm a new password.
