105 CMR 260.000 aims to prevent and control the incidence of diseases (namely PCB intoxication and carcinogenesis), caused by polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) found in seafood caught in New Bedford Harbor, among members of the general public, and to prevent the sale of adulterated food to the public.
