105 CMR 724.000 sets forth the requirements for the therapeutic research program in M.G.L. c. 94D, and establishes standards and criteria for a therapeutic research program to conduct research and monitor experimentation in the use of marijuana as a therapeutic modality for patients certified to participate in the program.
