105 CMR 164.000 governs the licensure or approval and operation of every substance use disorder treatment program subject to licensure or approval by the Department which includes separate, identifiable substance use disorder treatment programs within facilities licensed pursuant to M.G.L. c. 111, § 51 or M.G.L, c. 19, § 19.
