Join the Designer Selection Board on Wednesday April 24th at 8:30AM for a presentation/Board conversation with Jay Mitchell, DCAMM Deputy Commissioner of Design and Construction. Jay will discuss the differences between Chapter 149 bidding & 149A CM at Risk, and the pluses and minus from DCAMM's perspective. This will be a short but valuable presentation starting shortly after 8:30 when the DSB convenes for their biweekly designer selection meeting.
